We believe that your pets are part of the family, which is why we are dog friendly and do not charge any additional fees for bringing your furry friends along. Our campervans and motorhomes are designed to accommodate both you and your pets comfortably.

At Mac Campers, we offer premium motorhome and campervan rentals that come fully equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable journey. From comprehensive insurance coverage to an array of amenities and extras, we’ve got you covered every step of the way.
What’s Included in Your Rental Fee:
Fully Comprehensive Insurance across Europe: Travel with peace of mind knowing that you’re covered by our comprehensive insurance policy wherever your adventures take you in Europe. Insurance for UK travels are fully inclusive in your rental, Europe travels carry an additional £10 per day charge.
Motorhomes come with a generous 150 miles/day Allowance and all our campervans have unlimited milage: With our milage allowance you can explore to your heart’s content allowing you to travel the length and breadth of the UK, Spain, and Portugal on a two to three-week tour. Please note that you can upgrade to an unlimited milage in our motorhomes for a piece of mind. Please get in touch to discuss further.
Dog-Friendly Rentals: Don’t leave your furry friends behind! Our rentals are dog-friendly, with no additional charge for bringing your beloved pets along for the ride.
Diesel Night Heater: Stay cozy and comfortable even on chilly nights with our diesel night heater in our campervans, ensuring a warm and inviting interior no matter the weather outside. Our luxury motorhomes have fully in-built heating and hot water system.
Sun Canopy: Relax and unwind in the shade with our convenient sun canopy, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining or simply soaking up the scenery. This only comes with our motorhome hire. All awnings/ sun canopy can be added as an additional extras for our campervans.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whip up delicious meals on the go with our fully equipped kitchen, complete with pots, pans, cutlery, wine glasses, mugs, a kettle, toaster, coffee pot, and more. Both our campervans have good size fridge/ freezer and the motorhomes have full size fridge / freezer providing you with ample of space to store your food allowing you to meal plan.
Electric Hook Up Cable: Stay powered up wherever you go with our electric hook-up cable, complete with adaptors for Europe and standard house sockets. All vehicles are equipped with electric hook up cable.
Free Car Parking: Leave your own vehicle behind with confidence, as we offer free car parking for your convenience when you collect your campervan hire. Spaces are limited, so please contact your departure.

We offer an affordable solution to your holiday. You can choose from our selection of campervans at Mac Campers. All our vehicles are regularly maintained and serviced to ensure that you can truly enjoy your time away from home and set off on your adventure.
The rental process is quick and easy. How does it work?
Please contact us via email or telephone to discuss your holiday requirement. Before booking with
us, please read our terms and condition. Last minute or advanced bookings are welcome.
Select the preferred dates for your campervan hire from the calendar on any of the individual
campervan pages.
Our calendar has our most up-to-date availability. Select your campervan you wish to rent, you can
read the specification of each campervan on the website. Please select your dates for your holiday.
Please note, that pick up and drop off times are 6pm. Should you wish to collect the camper van a
night before, please select night before collection at the checkout. Please note, that we have a
minimum of three days booking.
The cost of your hire will be displayed below the calendar. Please note that there is a minimum hire
period of 3 days for any booking.

At the Checkout page you will be offered the option to pay in full or to pay a 20%
deposit to secure your dates. Fill in your billing details and select the payment
method (credit card / PayPal) and click the ‘Place Order’ button.
Please note:
For bookings with more than three weeks to go prior to the hire period, a non-refundable
20% of the total hire cost will be required at the time of booking.
If your booking is within the three weeks of the hire period, then full payment will be
required at the time of booking.
Payments are made via our fully secure card payment platform and you will receive email
confirmation of your booking and payment.
Please note: If at any stage of the booking process, you have any queries then please don't hesitate
to contact us. Alternatively, if you are simply not comfortable booking online then give us a call and
we will be more than happy to book your campervan over telephone.
Final payment must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to departure.
Please note our cancellation policy.
Once we have received your successful order, you will get email confirmation
of your booking, detailing the deposit paid and the remaining balance (second
payment). We request the remaining balance 2 weeks before travel.
A day or two before your date of travel we will be in touch via email, with details of
how to find us and a reminder of the documentation you will need to bring with you.
This also gives you a mobile contact number should you need to get in touch during
your trip.
In addition, for insurance purposes, we require the following documents from you:
Front and back copies of your driving licence.
A copy of your passport, DVLA check code
TWO proofs of address dated within the last 60 days from the list below:
Bank statement
Credit card statement
Utility bill (water, gas, electricity or Council Tax bill dated within the last 2
months)
Please note that for insurance purposes, we cannot accept any other forms of
documents for proof of address. We also require a DVLA check code or licence
summary for UK licence holders.
On the day of travel you can collect your camper any time after 6pm. There is ample,
free secure parking parking for your own vehicle during the duration of your trip.
Before we show you round your camper, we will carry out the DVLA checks, take
copies of your licence and proof of address and take a £1000 refundable security
bond via paypal/ bank transfer.
You will then be given a detailed demonstration of how everything in the campervan
works. Please make sure that you allow an hour for this.
You are then ready to pack the camper with your belongings and head off on your
campervan adventure.
Returns are by 6pm on the last date of your booking. We ask that you text us an
approximate ETA when you know one so we can be sure your own vehicle is ready
and waiting for you when you arrive back with the camper.
There is nothing to sign when you return the camper and you can be on your way as
quickly as you can unload.
Once we have given the camper a thorough inspection, we will refund your security
bond the next working day.
When we have returned your deposit, we will send an email to confirm this
